Hiring Greg Parks Builders, LLC as Your General Contractor |
1. Greg Parks Builders, will oversee the complete construction from start to finish and be responsible for the build. 2. Greg Parks Builders, will hire the qualified subcontractors ( heating and cooling, excavation, electrical, masonry, plumber, ect) and manage payroll. 3. Greg Parks Builders has complete knowledge of applicable codes and permits required to make sure the job is completed to code 4. Greg Parks Builders will assume complete responsibility of the project |
Hiring Greg Parks Builders, LLC as A Sub Contractor |
1. The homeowner or assigned GC will oversee the complete construction from start to finish and Greg Parks will assume no responsibilty for any work of other subcontractors not hired by Greg Parks Builders. 2. Greg Parks Builders as an experience GC, will inform the homeowner if we feel in any way that the subcontractor hired by the homeowner is not working in the homeowner's best interest and the work is subpar. |
